The orders are processed within 48-72 working hours after receiving the payment.
Our partner couriers will send an e-mail with the status of shipment and the tracking number. For the delivery in the so-called “difficult” areas, the actual delivery times may increase up to 1-2 days. In case of particular promos or strikes of the courier, delivery times may be longer than expected.
Deliveries are free of charge.
Any external damages or lack of correspondence in the number of packages or the indications must be immediately reported to the courier who delivers, writing the words “goods accepted under reserve” on the delivery document and confirmed within 8 (eight) days by sending a registered letter to the courier, whose address is written on the delivery document.
In case of damaged package, please write “goods accepted under reserve because of damaged package”. Once the document has been signed, the Customer cannot complain about the external peculiarities of the delivered goods, except as required on art. 14 of Terms&Conditions (Right of Withdrawal).
